Poptropica Items
Poptropica Items are the many different things you use and find in all the island quests in the game. An item could be a piece of food, a tool, an outfit or a clue that you will need to accomplish your mission in each Island. Some of the items are prerequisites of another item you’ll need to get later in the quest.
You can get these items by finishing a mini-game, helping a Poptropican citizen, trading them with another item or just by passing them to an area in the island. Here are some of Poptropica Items that are essential to complete your quest in the island.
In Early Poptropica, you will need to find Golden Egg, Signal Flag, Glow Stick, Jet Pack and Prized Porker. All of these items are easy to find.
In Shark Tooth Island, you will need to mix the Carbonated Coconut Milk, Old Bone and the Key Ingredient to get the Calming Potion. Additional items in this island are the Shark Fin, Grass Skirt and the Translation Key.
There are many different items to find in Time Tangled Island, but you will need to get the Time Device first and travel through different time periods in history and then locate and return items that have been accidentally sent to the wrong time.
In 24 Carrot, you need to help save a town from Dr. Hare’s evil plan. The most important item to get here is the Drone Ears from which you can crash to his laboratory.
While in Super Power Island, you capture the powerful criminals. So you will need Anti-power Handcuffs, Super Power ID, Super Villain Files and The Super Power Handbook, but actually you only need the Hotdog to get your Island Medallion in the end.
In Big Nate Island, the items here are a bit tricky. Some items might look ordinary but actually they play a very important part in the Island. Like the Peanut Butter Crackers to summon the dog and dig a hole, and the time capsule appears! And you have finally solved Big Nate Island!
While in Nabooti Island, you will need to collect all 5 lost jewel of the statue in Africa. And to get them, it will require you to get other items as well.
There are just few items that you need to get in Reality TV Island, these are Tabloid, Postage Stamp, Cheap Pen and Application Form. Just fill up the form and you can join to the Reality TV Show.
Skullduggery Island is about Pirates, where you will need to build a ship and assemble crews. To accomplish that you will have to find these items, Chicken, Bag of Feed, Doubloon, Broken Mirror, Mallet, Cracker, Skullduggery Archipelago Map, Treasure Map, Cannon Starter Kit, Bone Shovel and Blue Candle.
Steamworks Island is a pretty long island and there are 14 items that you will get in this island. But the most exciting item is the Weed Whacker Mech Attachement, Mech Steam Motor, Mech Crank and Toxic Blaster which are need to build your Mech.
Another long island in Poptropica is the Astro-Knights island, there are total of 19 items here. In the end what you need are the three Mystical Weapon of Arturus to beat Mordred and rescue the Princess.
In Counterfeit Island, you’ll need to capture the real Black Widow and you’ll need these items to complete your mission: Underground Tour Tickets, Underground Tour Ticket, Torn Pictures, Timecard, Surveillance Video Screen Print, Key, Supply Room Key, Key Card and Van Gogh’s Starry Night.
At the beginning of the game in Mythology Island, you will find the 5 Sacred Items that Zeus asked you to gain Immortality. But Zeus will fool you and so you need to fight him before he conquers the whole Poptropica. You will need to get Hades Crown and Poseidons Trident to beat him.
You’ll be transported to the world of Charlie Brown in Great Pumpkin island, and the items are very easy to get. These items are Bag of Candy, Football, Linus’ Blanket, Halloween Mask, Party Invitation, Pen and Sucker.
In Cryptids island, you will have to find the all 4 evidences for the 4 Cryptids existence in this island. These are Loch Ness Monster Photo, Chupacabra Tooth, Broken Egg Shells and last evidence is the Big Foot himself.
In Wild West Island, you’ll get Rattlesnake Wrangler Outfit is a free costume which you can use anywhere in Poptropica. Here you’ll play as the Marshall, so you’ll have Marshall’s Portrait of yourself, Badge, Gun, Lasso, Map and of course a horse – though the horse is not a Poptropica Item.
In Wimpy Wonderland, you’ll get one of the mini-games in Poptropica – the Twisted Wizard Game. You have to create a tower for the wizard by placing the blocks beside him as fast as you can to create a platform for him. It’s a 3 stage game, when the demons will come after a minute or two and you need to use your powers to vanquish them by clicking them.
You’ll get two free costumes in the Red Dragon Island, one is the Kimono and the other one is the Ninja Outfit. Both are essential, Kimono have the passport you need to enter to the town of Old Japan and the Ninja Outfit will be given to you by Master Basho along with the other ninja tools to fight the Shogun.
Getting the items in Shrink Ray Island is a bit tricky. Since you are very tiny you need to do some additional steps to get one item. Example, when getting the Remote Control at the top of the refrigerator you get a grape from the dining table, then jump up on the counter and run over to the toaster. Then the toaster will make you pop up, sending you flying up into the air. You’ll land on a shelf push the salt shaker and then jump, let the salt shaker fly up in the air and come back down, it will make you fly up in the air and you’ll land on top of the refrigerator, where you can now pick up the remote control. Complicated right? You may wish to get these items before you got shrunk.
In Game Show Island, you’ll need to win to all Game Shows to fight the super robot Holmes. And you’ll need to gather these tickets to enter to the game: Scaredy Pants Ticket, Spin for Riches Ticket, Kerplunk Ticket, Brainiacs Ticket and Mr. Yoshi’s Super Terrific Challenge Ticket. When you do, get the Thumb Drive from Dr. Harold and plug it in to Holmes and you’re done.
You will need to get the Train Ticket to hop in to the train going to Chicago in Mystery Train Island. You just need to help Thomas Edison to load his luggage in the train and he’ll invite you to join him in his travel and that’s where the mystery begins.
There are cool ghost detector devices that you’ll get in Ghost Story Island. The Thermal Scanner, EMF detector and Thermometer can detect the presence of a ghost in the area. You’ll also need a Camera to take a photo of the ghost.
There are only two items that you’ll get in SOS Island. These are Whale Song Gadget and Pipe Wrench. And you’ll use them at the last part of the game when calling the whale to rescue you.
In Vampire’s Curse Island, you’ll create a Serum that will lift the vampire curse to Count Gram. This is the anti-vampirism serum, and you’ll need to gather the three ingredients which are Mandrake Root, Wilted Wolfsbane, and Garlic Extract.
Gathering all Poptropica Items is essential to complete your mission in the Island. Some could be difficult and some are easy, but over all they make the game more exciting and fun!
